“It’s different, energetic, it’s curious. There is a lot of support for individual curiosity, to find new ways to make sure employees are doing okay and our customers are treated better. I think that’s what I like about my job, I get to use my skills to find a new way, a better way, to help our customers.”

“There are multiple reasons to work here, I get to be able to give back to my community, so I get four days that I am able to do that. One of the reasons DF Capital is at my heart is because of the culture of giving back.”

“It’s definitely the best culture I’ve ever worked in, it was a shock to the system when I first started. We all get together every quarter or so, we get little birthday cards in the post, and you’ve got the CEO roaming around the office making sure everyone’s alright, I’ve never had that before. I don’t feel like a number here, I feel like a person.”
What motivates you about working here?
“You are given the right tools to do it properly, I never feel like a rabbit in headlights when I run into a problem, I mean there’s a lot of support around you.”
