DF Capital named as ‘most improved’ mid-sized firm by Best Companies
DF Capital today announced that it has received the special award for ‘best improver – mid-sized company’ from Best Companies and is highly ranked across a number of league tables.
The bank now stands at the following positions in the annual rankings:
- 54th in the UK’s top 75 mid-sized companies to work for
- 54th in the North West’s top 75 companies to work for
- 17th in the financial Services’ top 25 best companies to work for
This is the second year running that DF Capital has made the Best Companies league tables. It holds a two star accreditation and has been identified as a business that breaks banking stereotypes by both providing great products and services to customers and being an outstanding place to work.
The results were announced live at the Best Companies award ceremony at the beginning of November.
Charlotte Michael, chief people and sustainability officer at DF Capital said: “To be recognised as ‘best improver’ is an outstanding achievement. Our colleagues are at the heart of what makes DF Capital special and I couldn’t be prouder of what we have achieved together in the past 12 months. This accolade reflects the dedication and passion of our colleagues. It’s a privilege to work with each and every one of them!”
Best Companies accreditation celebrates the best in workplace engagement and aims to help employers build happier, healthier workforces. It recognises employers in size on a national level, as well as ranking them by region and sector.
