DF Capital receives Feefo’s Platinum Trusted Service Award 2024
Bank received over 1,200 reviews from savings customers in 2023, achieving an average rating of 4.7/5
DF Capital is proud to announce that it has won a Feefo Platinum Trusted Service Award for consistently delivering exceptional customer experience and service to its savings customers.
In 2023 the bank received over 1,200 Feefo reviews with an average rating of 4.7 out of 5 – building on its recent Gold Trusted Service Awards and averaging a rating of 4.6 since first launching its savings products in October 2020.
The Platinum award is the ultimate accolade from Feefo and is issued to organisations that earn a Gold Trusted Service Award and achieve an average customer service rating of at least 4.5 out of 5 for three consecutive years.
