DF Capital in-house initiatives
Mega Giveback
Each year, we take part in our Mega Giveback volunteering initiative which this year saw 118 colleagues volunteering over 400 hours for 10 local charities.
Our efforts spanned six food banks, sprucing up gardens, caring for animals, cleaning up litter and supporting families and children across Greater Manchester. Giving back is an important value to DF Capital with our colleagues regularly donating their time to support local communities, charities and organisations.
Paid Volunteering Leave
Colleagues are entitled to four days paid volunteering leave, allowing our people to give even more back to their local communities.
Go Getters
With our Go Getter Awards, colleagues can nominate colleagues for going above and beyond. These awards were established to recognise employees for doing more than expected, embodying our values, and making DF Capital a great place to work.
Grow With Us
In recognition of long-service, we award employees who reach the significant five, 10 and 15 year milestones of employment with a cash bonus and anniversary day off. Launched in response to a suggestion made to our Colleague Voice committee, we are delighted to reward commitment and loyalty in this way.
